2.3 Account Suspension or Closure
fr999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- In the event of a breach of the Terms.
- On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- In the event of misuse of bonus or promotion benefits.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- If information related to age is proven to be false.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
fr999 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Minimum Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the account used for the deposit or one that is registered in the user's own name.
3.3 Transaction Verification
fr999 may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts. This is an established step for security and to prevent financial irregularities.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 adds a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳15,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus applies to only one account per user.
- Only one bonus is accepted per household, device, or IP address.
- If misuse of bonus benefits is detected, fr999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit the associated winnings.
- Each bonus has a fixed validity period — unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
- Cashback offers for VIP members apply separately and are governed by their own terms.
4.4 VIP Program
fr999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week; Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week. The process of moving up tiers depends on regular activity and participation on the platform.
Fair Use & Prohibited Activities
fr999 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of hacking, software exploitation, or technical manipulation.
- Use of automated bots, scripts, or any artificial betting methods.
- Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or taking advantage of promotions.
- Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
- Deliberately attempting to damage fr999's servers or platform.
If any of the above violations are detected, fr999 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
